摘 要: | 随着PCB生产复杂度和产量的提高,在PCB的质量检测方法中,相对于传统的人工目检,以图像处理技术为核心的自动光学检测已开始展现出高精度、快速、无损伤,自动化等优势。提出了一种快速、高精度的PCB自动光学检测系统,利用面阵工业CCD以图像分块连续扫描方式为基础,设计了系统硬件平台和软件结构模型,提供了检测算法流程及其关键处理,通过联合调试实验证明,该检测系统速度快、精度高,能够满足有一定实时性要求的生产现场。
