尼龙1010的热降解过程与动力学研究

摘    要:利用TC和DTG法研究了尼龙1010在N2气流中以不同速率β升温时的热降解过程和动力学,发现尼龙1010的热降解过程为一步反应;随着β的增大,其降解温度线性升高,降解率则变化不大;结合反应热效应,探讨了反应机理;用Coats-Redfern方程进行反应动力学处理,确定尼龙1010的表观热降解反应级数为1.0,反应活化能为324.5kJ/mol。

Abstract:By using of TG and DTG, the process and kinetics of thermal degradation of nylon 1010 in N2 at different heation rates have been studied. The thermal degradation process of nylon 1010 is one step reaction. With the increasing of the heating rates, the degradational temperatures are raised linearly, but the changes of the degradation degrees are unnotable. The possible degradtional mechanism of nylon 1010 has been discussed according to the heating effect of the reaction. The parameters of the thermal degradation kinetics of nylon 1010 have been obtained by Coats-Redfern' s equation, the apparent order of the reaction is 1. 0, the reactive energy is 324. 5 kJ/mol.
