摘    要:介绍了苏州市区220kV无人值班变电站实现远方计算机监控系统的建设情况和主要特点,提出了基于城域网的分布式SCADA系统用于变电站集中监控时需要考虑的可靠性、通信“瓶颈”等问题以及相应的解决方法,介绍了客户/服务器方式下管理软件通过对N个监控中心站相应工作站节点工作状态的准确判断,来支持数据的分布处理方式以及IEC61850—101/104/103协议的应用。

Abstract:The construction and main features of unmanned 220 kV substation SCADA system in the urban area of Suzhou City are introduced. The problems that need to be considered and their solutions about using distributed SCADA system based on city area network for substation centralized supervision and control, such as the reliability and the bottle neck are proposed. Through accurately justifying the working status of the nodes in corresponding substations from N supervisory and control substations by the management software under Client/Server mode, the data distributed processing mode is supported and the application of IEC 61850-101/104/103 protocol is promoted.
