官能化乙丙橡胶的制备和表征

摘    要:用2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧基己烷为引发剂,甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(GMA)、马来酸酐(MAH)和丙烯酸(AA)为接枝单体,对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和二元乙丙橡胶(EPR)进行熔融接枝,接枝产物用FTIR、13C-NMR等进行了表征,并用化学滴定方法对接枝率进行了测定。实验结果表明,影响接枝率和凝胶质量分数的主要因素为乙丙橡胶的化学结构、引发剂和单体的用量、反应时间及温度等。接枝单体反应活性大小依次为GMA,AA,MAH。

Abstract:Functionalized EPDM and EPR were prepared with glycidyl methacrylate(GMA), maleic anhydride(MAH) and acrylic acid (AA) as the grafting monomers and 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-(t-butylperoxyhexane) as the initiator. FTIR and 13C-NMR were used to characterize the formation of grafting materials such as EPDM-g-GMA,EPR-g-MAH and EPR-g-AA. The chemical titration method was used to measure the degree of grafting.The influence of reaction time,temperature, and concentrations of the monomers and the initiator on the degree of grafting and gel content of grafting materials was investigated. It was found that the degree of grafting increased with increasing the concentrations of the monomers and the initiator as well as the content of the diene in EPDM.It was also observed that with increasing concentrations of the initiator and the monomers the gel contents increased for EPR-g-MAH and EPR-g-AA and decreased for EPDM-g-GMA. The order of the reactive activity of the monomers was GMA,AA,MAH.
