摘    要:大豆蛋白纤维与棉混纺纱织制的色织物,手感柔软滑爽,具有良好的悬垂性、导湿性和强伸性.其生产技术关键在于纺纱、浆纱及织造工序.纺纱过程中要注意减少静电现象,防止产生棉结;浆纱工序要以增强为主,并贴伏毛羽;织造工序要保持开口清晰,降低织造断头.

Abstract:Colored weaving fabric which weaved with soybean protein fiber and cotton fiber Blended yarn has soft smooth feeling,better drape,better conduct wet and better strength & elongation.The key point of production are spinning,sizing and weaving process.Reducing static and neps in spinning should be taken attention.Sizing should be increasing strength to stick on hairiness. Opening should be cleaning in weaving process to reduce weaving broken ends.
