国内外城市大面积停电分析及启示

近年来，国内外许多大城市相继发生大面积停电事故，造成整个城市的交通、工业生产、商业营运、家居生活陷入瘫痪状态，成为一种灾难性的事故。为此，结合相关的调查报告，介绍近年来几起典型大面积停电事故发生的过程，分析其发生的原因。最后结合中国电网的实际情况，总结电网运行工作的一些经验，希望能为电网更安全可靠运行提供借鉴。

Analysis and Inspiration of Large-scale Blackout in Cities at Home and Abroad

In recent years,large-scale blackouts took place in succession in many big cities at home and abroad,paralyzing the traffic,industrial production,commercial running and household life of the cities and forming catastrophes.Combined with relevant investigation reports,this paper introduces several models of large-scale blackout,analyzes the reasons and processes thereof,and summarizes some experience in power grid operation in light of the actualities of China's power network,so as to offer reference for the safe and reliable operation of power system.
