| 摘 要： | MEMS技术的发展开辟了一个全新的技术领域和产业,并在航空、航天、军事、汽车、生物医学、环境监控等人们所接触到的几乎所有领域中都有着十分广阔的应用前景。它是未来军用武器装备中的支撑技术和关键技术。在军事领域中迅速应用MEMS技术将是保持军队技术优势、维护国家安全的重要战略。介绍了微电子机械系统（MEMS）的基本特点,并在此基础上着重讲述了MEMS技术在军用设备中的应用现状。

| Abstract: | The development of MEMS technology creates a completely new technical field and industry,which has good application prospect in almost all the fields including aerospace,aviation,military,automobile,biomedicine,environmental monitoring,etc.It is the supporting and critical technology in future military equipment.Rapid application of MEMS technology in military area will be the important strategy for retaining technical advance of military forces and safeguard the national security.This paper briefly introduces the basic characteristics of MEMS and describes the application of MEMS technology in military equipment. |
