天然香料的提取分离技术

摘    要:本文综述了目前传统的天然香料的提取分离技术,如水蒸气蒸馏法、浸提法、压榨法、吸收法、结晶法;新兴的提取分离技术,如分子蒸馏、超临界CO2萃取、微波辅助萃取、加速溶剂萃取、超声提取、色谱法、膜分离、毛细管电泳法和旋转带精馏,以及这些方法的特点与应用前景。

Abstract:A summarize of the traditional extraction and separation technologies of the natural perfumes, such as steam distillation, ethanol extraction, squeezing, absorbing, crystallization. And the new developing techologies, such as molecular distillation, supercritical fluid extraction, microwave extraction, accelerated solvent extraction, ultrasound assisted extraction, chromatography, membrane separation, capillary electrophresis, spinning band distillation are presented. Their characteristics and applicative prospects are introduced and compared with each other.
