| 摘 要： | 绿色施工是目前建设项目提倡的热点和今后的发展方向.要实现绿色施工,除了技术进步手段之外,还应当有相应的管理措施.在既有建筑改造项目中,绿色施工管理策划主要包括组织策划、方案策划、目标控制和评价管理等.同时本文以一个改造项目为案例,说明绿色施工管理能够达到的效果. |
