摘    要:新型高效的木材锯切机,其优点是能够提高木材的加工质量和切割效率。其主要的设计内容:机床结构和刀具结构的设计。机床上采用木料自动进给机构和气动夹紧装置,免去手动进给、夹紧,使得进给和夹紧更加省时省力,切割效率得以提高;刀具的设计利用仿生学原理,以河狸的牙齿(门齿)为仿生模型,进行刀具锯齿的仿生设计,设计出锋利、高性能的刀具,提高了加工质量。

Abstract:The new and efficient wood sawing machine has the advantage of improving the processing quality and cutting efficiency of wood.Its main design content: the design of the machine structure and tool structure.The automatic feeding mechanism and pneumatic clamping device on the machine tool eliminates manual feeding and clamping,which makes the feeding and clamping more time-saving and labor-saving,and the cutting efficiency is improved.The design of the tool utilizes the principle of bionics to beaver The teeth (incisors) are bionic models,and the bionics of the tool serrations are designed to design sharp,high-performance tools that improve the quality of the machining.
