| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了某遥测存储设备的基本硬件和软件组成,针对遥测存储设备中的大容量存储关键技术实现进行讨论。该关键技术涉及3个难点:基于FPGA的NAND FLASH控制驱动设计、数据存储管理设计、数据传输设计,重点阐述了其软硬件实现方法和达到的性能。

| Abstract: | Firstly,this paper introduces the basic hardware and software components of a telemetry storage device, and discusses the implementation of the key technology of large capacity storage in the telemetry storage device. The key technology involves three difficulties: the design of NAND FLASH control driver based on FPGA, the design of data storage management, and the design of data transmission. |
