摘    要:本文以清理筒体内壁燃料的水射流设备控制系统为开发对象,介绍了PLC、触摸屏在定位控制系统中的工程应用,对系统的软硬件设计做了详细的阐述。利用PLC高数计数脉冲与步进电机的工作特性实现了筒体轴向加工的定位控制。触摸屏的灵活组态实现了不同筒体型号的加工参数(工进距离、加工循环次数等)在线选择。基于触摸屏和PLC的串口通信,可对设备运行状态进行实时监控。

Abstract:Based on the barrels water jet cleaning equipment control system for the development of object,this paper introduces the PLC and touch screen in positioning control system of the engineering application.And the design of hardware and software is illustrated.The position control of the barrel axial processing is realized by using the high number of PLC and the step motor performance.The flexible configuration of the touch panel realizes the online selection of the machining parameters of different case models,such as the working distance,the number of processing cycles,etc.Based on the serial communication between touch screen and PLC,the operation status of the equipment can be monitored in real time.
