三明治结构G@SnO_2 @C复合材料的合成、表征及其钠离子电池负极性能研究

摘    要:本文通过简易湿化学法结合水热包碳成功制备出三明治结构的G@SnO_2 @C复合材料,利用XRD、SEM和TEM等表征手段详细研究了该复合材料的成分和微观形貌,结果表明SnO_2纳米颗粒均匀地分布在石墨烯基底和碳包覆层中间。作为钠离子电池负极材料,其表现出高的比容量以及优异的循环稳定性。

Abstract:A sandwich-like G@SnO2@C composite was successfully synthesized through a facile wet-chemistry process,followed with a hydrothermal carbon coating treatment. The component and morphology of this composite were carefully characterized through XRD,SEM,and TEM,showing that SnO2 nanoparticles were uniformly distributed within graphene matrix and carbon coating layer. As an anode material for sodium-ion batteries,this composite can deliver high specific capacity and good cycling stability.
