| 摘 要： | 提出在ＭＩＳ系统中引入预警机制的新管理模式并给出了预警管理的实现方案。预警机制的应用，使管理信息系统显示出即时反应的活力，使管理更加智能化、规范化、制度化。实践结果表明，该文给出的解决方案是切实可行的，效果很好。

| Abstract: | This paper brings forward the new administration mode of applying Alert Mechanism in MIS system.It also presents a practical solution.Alert Mechanism provides the MIS system with the immediate-response function so that management can be more intelligent and more standard.Practices show the vitality of Alert Mechanism.At the same time the feasibility and effectiveness of the solution are proved by the results. |
