| Abstract: | This is a global resource prices continue to rise in the context of mineral resources from the perspective of the acquisition of overseas resources and mining enterprises in China as an entry point,through the analysis of historical data at home and abroad of the new situation with the current combination of research methods,focusing on the Chinese mining companies mergers and acquisitions in recent years encountered in the process of overseas resources,risks and solutions. |
