酚醛塑料方型成型模具强度设计分析

摘    要:酚醛塑料是工业上最常用的热固塑料之一,酚醛塑料制品是靠酚醛粉料在模具中挤压成型的,因此说模具强度设计直接关系到成品的质量、生产效率及模具的成本。本文从酚醛方型成型模具强度计算、数学模型入手,阐述了模具强度设计就是许用变形量δ的合理选取,分析了δ和模具壁厚之间的相互关系和变化规律,确定了δ的合理选择范围。

Abstract:Bakelite is one of the thermosetting plastics which most commonly used in the industry,bakelite products is made by extrusion of phenolic powder in the mold,so that the strength design of the mold is directly related to the finished product quality,production efficiency and the cost of the mold.In this paper,made the strength calculation of bakelite rectangular mold and mathematical model,elaborated the strength design of the mold is determined by reasonable selection of allowable deformation δ,analyzed the relationship and variation between allowable deformation δ and the mold wall thickness,determined the rational choice range of δ.
