| 摘 要： | 本调研报告采用问卷调查等形式分析了福建省中心检验所的文化现状,通过组织员工忆发展历程,忆身边的文化故事,总结了我所自成立以来形成的优良服务传统和作风、先进思想和文化,提炼和创新了中检所文化理念,初步形成了比较完整的中检所文化体系,编纂了《中检所文化手册》,并探讨了加强中检所文化建设的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | The research analyzed FCII's culture status by questionnaire methods. By organizing staffs recalling the developing process and telling culture stories happened around, we concluded and formed the good service tradition, advanced thinking and culture. On the base of this, we abstracted and brought out FCII's culture method and formed comparatively integrated FCII culture system. We formulated and discussed the methods and countermeasures to strengthen FCII's culture construction work. |
