摘    要:本文介绍了某钢厂圆坯连铸生产线动态二次冷却水控制系统的结构、特点以及应用.系统应用了铸坯凝固传热仿真模型、动态参数调整和有效拉速控制多种方法,很好地满足了铸坯在稳态和非稳态情况下对二次冷却水量的要求.实践证明,此系统配置合理,运行稳定,对于连铸生产线提高铸坯质量具有重要意义.

Abstract:The structure, characteristic and application of secondary cooling water control system in a round billet continuous casting production line are introduced in this paper. The system meets the demand of seconda- ry cooling water during continuous casting in steady state and unsteady state by using steel solidification heat transfer simulation model, dynamic parameter adjustment and valid speed control. The production proves that the system configuration is reasonable and the system running is stably and reasonable, which means alot to im- prove the quality of round billet. The round billet quality was improved by the system.
