转炉煤气蓄热烘烤技术在RH真空炉工艺中的应用

摘    要:河南济钢在RH真空炉精炼过程中采用天然气对真空槽耐材和浸渍管进行烘烤.由于天燃气成本高,不符合国家的节能政策.河南济钢针对3台在线烘烤器和1台离线干燥烘烤器进行转炉煤气蓄热式烘烤技术改造,采用长火焰转炉煤气蓄热式组合烧嘴,并配套改造引风机、鼓风机及换向系统;增加了鼓风机管道;实现了对引风及换向系统的控制.改造后设备运行稳定,满足生产要求,并达到降低成本和节能的目的.

Abstract:In Henan Jiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. , Ltd. , the natural gas is used in the refining process of RH vacuum furnace to heat the refractory and snorkel. Since the cost of natural gas is high and the natural gas usage in this aspect does not meet nation's energy policy, the technical transformation for three online roaster and one offline roaster were executed with the regenerative heating technology, in which long blaze regenerative composite burner, oriented fan, blower and commutation system were used. Of cause, a blower pipe was add- ed. The control of the oriented wind and commutation system was realized. After reforming, the facilities run stably, meet demands of production, and realize the reduction of cost and energy consumption.
