电磁永磁混合悬浮的零功率控制

摘    要:基于电磁永磁混合悬浮系统局部线性化设计零功率悬浮控制器,将电流积分项视为外环独立控制.其电流反馈采用最速电流环的思想,使线圈电流能快速跟踪控制电压变化,减少电感滞后作用.根据不同负载质量对应的最优控制参数及其实现零功率悬浮时对应的间隙,设计变负载质量条件下PD环参数的自适应机制.

Abstract:Based on hybrid suspension of electromagnets and permanent magnets system,the linear design of zero power suspension controller is realized. The current integral item is independently controlled by the external loop. Its current feedback adopts the top speed current loop theory. Then,the loop current could track and control the voltage variety in high speed,and decrease the inductance hysteresis. The adaptive mechanism of PD loop parameters under varied load quality conditions is designed according to the corresponding optimal control parameters of varied load quality and its corresponding clearance when realizing the zero power suspension.
