煤气化工艺技术分析

摘    要:从2种典型的煤气化工艺技术出发,比较了水煤浆进料方式与干粉进料方式的差异对气化整体性能的影响。分析了水煤浆气化与粉煤气化不同的工艺特点、工艺流程及关键设备,得出干粉进料方式避免了水煤浆进料方式因水气化升温带来的能量损失,采用的喷嘴分布方式更灵活,最后通过这2种气化技术的主要性能参数进一步说明了粉煤气化技术的优越性。

Abstract:It was introduced two kinds of representative coal gasification processes. The Texaco configuration using slurry coal feed gasifier and Shell configuration with dry coal feed gasifier were compared for finding affection to total gasification performance. Different technical features and critical equipment are also analyzed. The dry feed method avoid losing energy for gasified water, and more flexible distribution of nozzle than the coal water slurry feed method were illuminated. Finally, described the Shell process had more advantage than Texaco process by some primary performance parameters.
