固体火箭发动机集成初步设计CAD系统研究

摘    要:系统论述固体火箭发动机设计的特征后,构造了发动机CAD系统框架,并对该系统的主要组成模块的设计进行了有效的探索,加速了CAD技术在固体火箭发动机设计中的应用。已成功地研制了系统的几个重要模块,在工程中得到了应用,并提出了可行的深入研究方案。研究结果可为固体火箭发动机CAD系统研制提供重要的技术参考。

Abstract:Although there have come into existence many Chinese papers, we still deem it necessary to make a relatively deep study of the architecture of CAD (Computer Aided Design) system for integrated preliminary design of Solid Rocket Motors(SRM). Fig.1 shows the relatively detailed architecture of CAD system that we arrived at after careful study. Section 2 discusses the key technical measures that should be used in the development of our CAD system. We developed four modules: (1) overall interactive and optimization design of SRM, (2) grain design, (3) thermodynamic calculations, and (4) interior ballistic calculations. All four modules have already been welcomed by CAD designers as being quite useful.
