摘    要:随着城市的不断发展、产业结构的调整、功能的提升,城市对基础设施保障要求也越来越高。因此,在提高基础设施标准的同时,如何充分利用原有设施、降低改造投资、提高投资的效益比,是今后城市发展所面临的问题。阐述了通过增设调蓄池、改变运行模式和模型计算等措施,为提高雨水排水标准提供一种新的途径,也为提高城市防汛安全、降低工程投资起到了一定的作用。

Abstract:With the incessant city development and adjustment of the industrial structure for higher functions, the requirements of the infrastructural security in the city are getting higher. So it is a problem in the future urban development how to make full use of the existing facilities, lower the investment in renovation and raise the benefit ratio while raising the standard for infrastructure. Measures are described for addition of the storage tank, revision of the operation modes and modeling computation, etc., providing a new way to raise the standard for stormwater drainage, improve, to some degree, the safety in urban flood prevention and lower the engineering cost.
