摘    要:大型双柱下拉式快锻油压机普遍采用预应力组合式框架结构,鉴于目前采用多根拉杆形式的结构越来越多,在详细介绍结构特点的基础上,对受力情况和预紧力进行分析计算,再结合有限元分析,归纳多拉杆预应力组合框架的预紧力计算方法和受力-变形关系。

Abstract:Large two-column pull-down quick forging oil press adopts pre-tightening combination frame commonly. Whereas at present multi-link type frame is much adopted, the paper gives analysis and calculation for stress and pre-tightening force based on the detailed introduction of the frame, and summarizes pre-tightening force calculation method and stress-strain relationship for this type of frame combining with finite elements analysis.
