摘    要:介绍了我国内河第一座液化天然气(LNG)加气码头的总体布置及装卸工艺。因优良岸线资源匮乏,码头选址位于洛碛水道右岸,边滩宽阔,宽达200余米,码头位于三峡水库回水变动区,水位日变幅最大达7m,通航运行水位差近.30m,日变幅及水位差均较大。LNG为超低温易挥发易爆化危品,不能采用普通软管输送。经方案比选,采用架空斜坡道结构,并布置趸船及钢引桥连接,解决了装卸安全性与水位适应性等复杂问题。

Study on Plane Layout and Handling Technology of LNG-adding Wharf in Neihe
Abstract:The plane layout and handling technology of the first LNG-adding wharf in Neihe is introduced. For lack of good coastline resottrce, the wharf is located at the fight bank of Luoqi with a wide bank of over 200 meters. The wharf is within the backwater fluctuation area of the Three Gorges reser- voir, the daily amplitude of water level is up to 7 meters and the navigation difference is nearly 30 meters, so daily amplitude and water level difference are huge. LNG is volatile and explosive, so it cannot be transported through flexible pipe. After comparison, overhead ramp structure is applied and wharf boat and steel approach bridge are used for connection, thus, the complex problems of handling safety and water level adaptation are resolved.
