摘    要:双柱下拉式快锻油压机上横梁属于油压机的关键部件,直接承受锻造力,必须具有足够的刚度和强度,此外还应优化结构尺寸,以满足铸造工艺要求,避免应力集中,减轻设备重量。

Abstract:Top beam belongs to the key components in double-column type pull down fast forging hydraulic press. It bears forging force directly, and needs not only sufficient rigidity and strength, but also optimum structure Io guarantee the requirements of foundry technique and avoid stress concentration as well as to lighten weight of tile press.
