金属漆质量维护心得

对CF-100型玄铁黑金属漆和钻石银金属漆喷涂生产过程中漆膜产生粒子的现象进行了介绍。对两者的原漆和灌内漆进行了过滤。结果发现,罐内漆中的残渣远远多于原漆;电镜分析证明,该残渣为颜料碳黑。查明了涂料因稳定性下降而发生絮凝的原因:涂料稀释后,颜料较多时,涂料长期得不到更新等。提出了整改方案。

An experience about metallic paint quality maintaining

The phenomenon of producing grains in film was introduced during the painting of metallic lacquer of CF-100 of iron black and diamond silver.Both primary paint and canned paint were filtrated.Result shows that the residues in the canned paint was found to be more than that in the primary paint.The electric analysis proves that the deposits are the pigment of carbon black.Reasons for coating flocculation due to its decreasing stability was found out as follows: coating dilution,more pigment and failuse in renewal of coating for a long time.Schemes for rectification were presented.
