摘    要:利用上向流生物膜反应器进行了厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)工艺的启动及运行研究。在常温下,以含氨氮模拟废水为进水,采用反硝化菌成功地培养出ANAMMOX菌,启动期间进水氨氮和亚硝态氮浓度分别为8-36mg/L和8-43mg/L,启动结束氨氮去除率稳定在52%以上。研究表明,厌氧氨氧化反应的适宜温度在20℃以上,pH值为7.3~8.2,氨氮容积负荷处于0.14~0.25kg/(m^3·d)之间,C/N比在2.6—4.7之间。根据Monod方程和实验,得到ANAMMOX反应动力学模型,与实验数据相关关系显著,具有实际参考价值。

Abstract:Study on start-up and operation condition of ANAMMOX in up-flow biological film reactor has been conducted. At room temperature, using the synthetic ammonia wastewater as influent, ANAMMOX bacteria was cultured with denitrifying vacteria. The influent concentration of ammonia and nitrite were between 8-36mg/L,8-43mg/L respectively during start-up period, ammonia removal was over 52% after successful start-up. It was verified that the optimal temperature of ANAMMOX reaction was over 20℃, the pH was between 7.3-8.2, ammonia volume loading was between 0.14-0.25kg/(m^3·d), C/N ratio was between 2.6-4.7. According to Monod's relation and experiment, the kinetics model of ANAMMOX was obtained which are shown to agree very well with the data from experiment and with great reference to the actual value.
