浙江省城市雨洪控制初步研究

浙江省城市化水平较高,城市发展和下垫面条件的改变引起城市暴雨增多、径流量增大、蓄水空间缩小等系列水文效应,从而导致城市雨洪加剧,洪水风险增大。雨洪控制是缓解浙江省城市防洪压力的一项重要措施。本文参考国内外雨洪控制技术,结合浙江省城市特点,提出削减暴雨径流量和科学规划城市排水的城市雨洪控制措施,从城市规划和雨洪控制相关文件制订、统一管理、加强雨洪控制研究等方面提出了城市雨洪控制措施保障体系。

Study on the urban rain and flood control in Zhejiang Province

The urbanization level in Zhejiang Province is high.The development of urbanization and change of underlying conditions cause a series of hydrological effect,such as the increase of rainstorm and runoff,shrink of water storing space,and then the increase of flood risk.Rain and flood control is an important measure to control the urban flood in Zhejiang Province.Referring the technology home and abroad,combining the character of the local cities,some measures are given,such as decrease rainstorm runoff and plan urban drainage net scientifically.The security system is given from the related document formation,integrated management and enhancing the study on the rain and flood control.
