| 摘 要： | 在涤纶POY-DTY设备上,为了得到替代尼龙高弹丝的涤纶超细型POY束丝,从卷绕速度(纺丝速度)、固化成形、喷丝孔的直径与长径比、组件内部压力、熔体温度等进行工艺条件的试验与分析;在停止使用定型热箱的前提条件下,从DTY机的加工速度、拉伸变形温度、全陶瓷假捻器摩擦因数、组合方式、间距和喂丝角度等进行工艺条件的试验与分析,开发与生产了优质的28dtex/24f涤纶超细型高弹力丝。

| Abstract: | In order to obtain special superfine PET POY, the test and analysis are made on process conditions of spinning speed, solidification, L/D ratio, spin-pack pressure, melt temperature. The test is also made on DTY machine, by stopping the second heater and varying process velocity, draw textured temperature, ceramic false twister friction factor, feed angle, the high quality 28 dtex/24 f superfine PET stretch yarn is produced in replacement of PA6 or PA66 stertch yarn. |
