醇解温度对氨纶废丝醇解产物的影响

摘    要:以一缩二乙二醇为醇解剂,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂在不同的醇解温度下对氨纶废丝进行了降解。结果发现,温度较低时,氨纶废丝虽然有一定程度的降解,但回收不到聚四氢呋喃;升高温度,可以提高氨纶废丝的醇解程度、回收聚四氢呋喃的收率和纯度;但温度过高也会使回收聚四氢呋喃的性能有所恶化。另外,醇解产物的红外分析结果表明,利用乙醚可以将醇解比较完全的物质从固体产物中分离出来,得到纯度较好的回收聚四氢呋喃。

Abstract:Polyurethane fiber waste was degraded at different temperatures with diethylene glycol and dibutyltin dilaurate.It was found that the temperature had great effect on glycolysis reaction.The recycled polytetrahydrofuran(PTHF) couldn't be obtained at lower temperature.The yield percentage and purity of recyded PTHF increased with the increase of temperature.But the property of recycled PTHF was worsened when the glycolysis temperature was too high.It also indicated that the recycled PTHF could be separated from the solid gylcolysis products by aether.
