摘    要:研究了二次碳化法制取细颗粒碳化钽的生产工艺,对影响产品粒度和质量的主要因素进行了探讨,结果表明:用硬质合金球作介质、带硬质合金衬板的球 机代替高效粉碎机制粉,不仅可以明显降低产品粒度,而且能胶儿降低产品中的铁含量;采用新的工艺参数批量生产碳化钽,粒度细、杂质含量低、其质量能满足质合金工艺的需要。

Abstract:Study is made of two step carbonization for the production of fine grained Ta carbide. The main factors affecting the product particle size and quality have been investigated.The powder preparation by cemented carbide lined ball mill (use cemented carbide balls as medium),instead of the high capacity pulverizers,will result in smaller particle size and lower Fe content. The Ta carbide from the serial production with the new technological parameters features finer particle size and lower impurity content.The product's quality is satisfactory for the cemented carbide industry.
