| 摘 要： | 针对综合利用水库运行方式的特点，提出了一种基于群决策的多目标优化模型及求解方法。该方法首先应用约束法将多目标模型转换成多个单目标优化模型，采用动态规划法求出单目标优化模型的解，得到多目标优化模型的不劣解集，再运用群决策方法从不劣解集中寻找最佳均衡解。并将该理论和方法应用在紫坪铺水库优化运行中，计算结果理想，方法可靠有效。
