摘    要:介绍了快速成型技术的原理及其在生物暌复体制作中的应用.比较了几种常用的快速成型方法的特点,提出采用选择性激光烧结快速制造暌复体的方法.在人造五官医学假体特别是整容术腹复体的设计及制造方面,具有良好的应用前景,并采用选择性激光烧结复合蜡粉制作出暌复体原型蜡模.

Abstract:The principle of rapid prototyping technology and its application in organism prosthesis manufacturing are introduced in the text. The characteristics of several rapid prototyping methods usually used have been concerned. It is stated that selective laser sintering rapid prototyping technology has good prospect to use. It can be applied in facial features prosthesis especially cosmetology prosthesis designing and manufacturing. At last wax models of prosthesis prototyping have been obtained by selective laser sintering of new composite wax powder.
