| Abstract: | Based on discussing function,total constitution and developing techniques of the programming and plan Information System of Henan Yellow River Flood Control Engineering,multi target misty decision making mode is built up on the basis of applying multi target misty decision making to engineering programming and plan information system,and a example is presented about a scientific decision making of annual engineering plan under the condition of decided project programming and investment scale. |
