植物纤维/玄武岩纤维混合抄造及加工纸铸品的实验

摘    要:以植物纤维和玄武岩纤维为原料制备了混抄纸板及型体材料,并对其性能及物理结构进行了探讨.本研究制得的复合材料含玄武岩纤维40%,由此制成的型体材料的挺度高,可以节省大量植物纤维,有利于保护生态环境.

Abstract:The composite paperboard and shaped materials are prepared by plant fiber and basalt fiber and by adding suitable agents. It is shown that the higher percentage of basalt fibers results the lower strength and the higher permeability,the higher pulping degree results the lower permeability and lower strength. The Zeta potential of composite pulp is measured, it shows that the fiber's molecules charge with negative charges and the cationic agent will favor the sediment of the agent molecules on the fibers. The physical structure of the composite paperboard and shaped materials are studied. It is assumed to form a kind of topological random structure,the physical structure is de- scribed approximately by the model of random meshwork. The shaped containers are characterized by the complete degradation of the or- ganic component and by the proper decomposition into soils of the inorganic parts. Therefore the secondary environment pollution from this kind of materials can be prevented.
