钻井期间影响套管磨损的主要因素

摘    要:本文简要介绍了钻井期间影响套管磨损的主要因素:钻杆与套管的接触力、狗腿严重度、泥浆成分和套管钢级。接触力越大,磨损越严重;狗腿度越大,磨损越严重;清水中套管的磨损最大,水基泥浆中套管的磨损比清水中的轻,非加重的油基泥浆中套管的磨损更轻;对于K 55、N 80、P110三种钢级的套管,P110磨损最快,N 80次之,K 55最慢。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the major factors which influence the wearing degree.The major factors are the contact force between drill pipe and casings,the severity of dog-leg,the ingredients of drilling fluids,the casing grades.The bigger the contact force,the more the wearing.And,so is the dog-leg.In the water fluids,the casing is worn fastest,while in water based fluids the casing is worn relatively light.And,in non-weighted oil based fluids,the casing is worn more lightly.Compared with N80 casing,K55 is worn lighter,while P110 worn gravely.
