基于MATLAB多轴挂车转向机构优化设计

摘    要:对组合式多轴挂车的转向机构进行分析后,建立了挂车转向系统机构的优化设计模型应用MATLAB的优化工具箱对设计模型进行了优化求解,给出了针对任意一轴线上转向机构的MATLAB优化程序一使用该优化程序对某专用车辆厂生产的多轴挂车转向机构进行了优化设计,计算结果表明本方法是正确的、实用的。

Abstract:In this paper the structure of combinable multi-axle trailer's steering system was analyzed and a optimum design model for this kind of steering mechanism's design was proposed.The authors used MATLAB optimization toolbox to solve this optimization problem and programmed the solving procedure according to random axle.This optimum design program has been applied to a design of multi-axle trailer's steering mechanism,which is manufatured by a certain special vehicle factory.The result proved that this optimum method is correct and practicable.
