摘    要:通过对软锰矿加压浸出过程中铝的行为研究,可知温度、压力、时间对锰、铝的浸出率都有较大影响。实验结果表明:在保证锰的最大浸出率条件下,抑制铝被浸出的最佳单因素实验条件为:压力0.9MPa、温度120℃、时间80~120min,此实验条件下铝的浸出率可降低至8%左右,减轻了后续的净化除杂工序负担。

Abstract:The behavior of alumium in the process of pressure leaching for Pyrolusite was investigated. The tem- perature, pressure, time all have a great important on the leaching rate of manganese and aluminum. The experi- ment result shows that the leaching pressure of 0. 9 MPa,leaching temperature of 120℃,leaching time of 80- 120 min are the best single-factor experimental conditions, it can ensure the maximum leaching rate of manganese and the minimum leaching rate of aluminium. The leaching rate of aluminum can be reduced to 8%, in addition, the burden was reduced in subsequent process of purification and impurity removal.
