摘    要:建立了高频燃烧红外线吸收法测定锰矿石中的碳和硫含量的方法。仪器的最佳分析条件为吹扫时间10 s、延迟时间20 s、碳分析时间40 s、硫分析时间60 s。以Fe+W+Sn作混合助熔剂,按Fe+试料+W+Sn的加入顺序,试料熔融状态良好,试料中碳、硫释放完全。该方法与传统方法相比操作简便快速,方法的准确度和精密度试验的相对标准偏差在1.54%~4.75%之间,可替代传统方法使用。

Abstract:The carbon and sulphur content in manganese ores are determined by high frequency combustion-in-frared absorption method. The optimum analysis conditions are selected in tests, the purge time is 10 S,and the delay time was 20 S,and the analysis time of carbon is 40 S. The analysis time of sulfur is 60 S. The flux is Fe + W + Sn and the addition sequence is Fe + sample + W + Sn. The fusion state of sample is excellent. Carbon and sulphur are released completely. This method is simple and rapid. The RSD range of accuracy and precision is 1.54 % - 4.75 %. This method could be substituted for traditional methods of carbon and sulphur in manganese ores.
