| 摘 要： | 本文采用数字分析方法研究了相干照明下摄像机的空间分辨率、数字滤波和离焦诸因素对微粒直径的测量精度的影响,提出了一种简单的判焦方法。实验结果与理论分析一致。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the influences of spatial resolution of TV camera, digital filtering and defocusing on measured accuracy of diameter of a particle are studied by using digital analytical method under coherent illumination. A simple method of focusing recognition is presented. Finally, the experimental results are given and found to be consistent with the theoretical analysis. |
