| Abstract: | Based on the current status of heating for the mint of Shenyang,compares the reforming project of heating source,using the quality regulation formula,computes a percentage that providing the heat with boiler or heat supply network under the different outdoors temperature,from these,gets the possibility that reformes the project. |
