| 摘 要： | 针对城市配电网中电网结构复杂、系统数据维护困难的特点,建立了城市电网地理信息系统(GIS),并将GIS强大的信息处理功能与电网规划工作紧密结合,开发了基于组件式GIS的城市电网规划软件.
