干法粉煤加压气化最优操作参数的模拟研究

摘    要:采用ASPEN PLUS软件建立了干法粉煤加压气化模型,对模型进行了检验.利用模型对大同峪口煤的干法粉煤加压气化进行了模拟,分析了气化温度、气化压力、氧煤比对粗煤气中H2+CO体积分数的影响,得到最优操作参数.

Abstract:The model for dry pulverized coal pressure gasification is established by ASPEN PLUS software, and it is verified. The dry pulverized coal pressure gasification of Datong Yukou coal is simulated by the model, the influence of gasification temperature, gasification pressure and oxygen-to-coal ratio on the volume fractions of H2 + CO in crude coal gas is analyzed, and the optimum operation parameters are obtained.
