锁片弯曲翻边复合模设计

摘    要:根据零件的结构特点及技术要求,围绕如何降低生产成本、提高工作效率、简化模具结构,通过3种工艺方案比较,制订了一套由落料、冲孔复合(两件合坯)→弯曲、翻边复合→冲侧孔→切断等工序组成的冲压工艺方案,对其所有工序进行了工艺计算,详细设计了难度较大的一副弯曲、翻边复合模具结构。采用此工艺方案和模具结构,显著提高了锁片零件的生产效率和产品质量。

Abstract:According to the structure of the part and technical requirements, focusing on how to reduce the production cost, improve work efficiency and simplify the mould structure, with three kinds of process schemes comparison, the stamping process program with a set of blanking, punching composite (two joint billet), bending, flanging composite-side holes punching-cutting processes was developed.. Thc process calculation of all the processes and detailed design of a pair of bending, flanging composite die with difficulty explained that the process program and die structure improved the production efficiency and product quali- ty of lock blade significantly.
