地下室中央特大型钢梁柱安装施工技术

摘    要:针对在地下室中央按常规工序安装特大型钢梁柱构件存在的施工问题,结合具体工程提出一种新颖的技术解决思路,即设置后浇带,划分主裙楼地下室分阶段先后施工顺序,利用临近裙楼未开挖场地作为起重机吊装作业平台,通过接高平台底工程桩以满足起重机基础承载要求。并根据工艺流程,着重对地下室分阶段界面划分、起重机吊装平台设计以及钢构件安装进行介绍。经过多项类似工程的成功实施,证明该技术具有安全、质量保证、工期缩短、费用节省等诸多优点。

Abstract:Considering the problems in routine installation of super-large steel column and beam component in the central of basement, a new technical solution is proposed according to practical project, e.g. setting post-pouring belt, dividing the basement of main podium building for segment construction, using unexcavated field of adjacent podium building as lifting platform of crane. Bottom pile of the platform is heightened to meet the bearing capacity of crane foundation. Basement interface division, lifting platform design and steed component installation are introduced according to the process flow. After successful application in many similar projects, it is proved that this technique has many characteristics, such as high safety and quality, short construction period and low cost, etc.
