摘    要:选取唐山市某6层既有居住建筑,进行了围护结构及供热计量节能改造。实测了节能改造前后两个供暖期的耗热量、室内温度,调查了节能改造前后用户对室内温度、外窗气密性的主观评价及用户节能意识。节能改造前后的单位面积耗热量指标(折算成室内设计温度为18℃)分别为31.11、15.80W/m2。室内平均温度由20.09℃提高至22.91℃,外窗气密性有了很大改善,居民的节能意识有所提高。

Abstract:A six-story existing residential building in Tangshan City is selected to perform energy saving retrofit for building envelope and heat metering. The heat consumption and indoor temperature in two heating periods before and after the retrofit are measured, and the subjective evaluation on indoor temperature and air tightness of external window as well as the energy saving consciousness of residents are investigated. The indexes of heat consumption per unit area which are converted into indoor design temperature of 18℃ are 31.11 and 15.80 W/m2 respectively before and after the retrofit. The average indoor temperature increases from 20.09℃ to 22.91℃, the air tightness of external window is significantly improved, and the energy saving consciousness of residents is enhanced to some extent.
