二氧化碳热管最佳充液率实验研究

摘    要:建立了CO2热管性能实验台,对不同充液率下,CO2热管蒸发段所在实验箱内温度进行了测量.对于特定结构CO2热管,选取充液率为36.5%、42.0%、49.5%、53.5%、57.5%、69.0%,对应的CO2充注质量分别为950、1 100、1 300、1 400、1 500、1 800 g.当充液率为36.5%时,实验箱内温度变化平稳,降温最低,认为充液率36.5%为最佳充液率,该充液率下实验箱内温度最低可降至- 34.4℃.

Abstract:The experimental bench of carbon dioxide heat pipe performance is built. The temperature in the test box where the evaporation section of carbon dioxide heat pipe is located is measured under different liquid filling ratios. For the carbon dioxide heat pipe with special structure, the selected liquid filling ratios are 36.5% , 42.0℃, 49.5% , 53.5% , 57.5% and 69.0% respectively, and the corresponding filling mass of carbon dioxide are 950, 1 100, 1 300, 1 400, 1 500 and 1 800 g respectively. The temperature in the test box changes smoothly, and the temperature drop is the lowest when the liquid filling ratio is 36.5%. It is concluded that the optimal liquid ratio is 36.5%, at which the temperature in the test box can decrease to -34.4 ℃.
