| Abstract: | Based upon analysis of the questions existed in management process of construction contract of building engineering at present,effective measures are proposed to strengthen the management for contract signing and process of fulfilling as well as performance consciousness.Author points out that only increasing the performance consciousness contract targets can be realized,to ensure the economic benefits of enterprises. |
