氯化苯生产中尾气吸收工艺的优化

摘    要:通过对氯化苯尾气吸收工艺的优化,生产1t氯化苯需吸收液(氯化苯)由130 kg降至70 kg,苯消耗由3kg降至0.4kg,尾气中含苯质量浓度由14.38mg/L降至2.58mg/L.

Abstract:By optimizing absorption technology of tail gas from chlorobenzene production,the absorption liquid(chlorobenzene) was reduced from 130 kg to 70 kg and the consumption of benzene was reduced from 3 kg to 0.4 kg for production of 1 t chlorobenzene,and the mass concentration of benzene in tailgas was reduced from 14.38 to 2.58 mg/L.
